Along the Shores: Blue Heron Pattern
Approx. 17" x 27" Finished Size While vacationing in Florida a few years back I spotted a blue heron at an alligator park relaxing in the swampy waters. They are really very beautiful birds, another that my mother has always liked, and I thought I would have to create a design featuring a heron sometime. It seemed fitting to add one to my Along the Shores collection as they are found along all the US shores from Alaska to Florida. Along the Shores: Blue Heron uses my Along the Shores Signature Batik line with Hoffman California Fabrics. This pattern can be made as an individual pattern as shown above, or combined with the other two Along the Shores patterns to make the combination quilt shown below.
