My cousin Rich flies over to Bristol Bay sometimes and has a group of walruses he often sees and loves to photograph. I asked him if he would share some photos of them with me when I began this design and he was happy to send me some of his favorites. So this one is for Rich and his walruses.

Alaskan Arctic: Walrus uses Hoffman California Fabrics batiks. This pattern can be made as an individual pattern as shown above, or combined with the other five Alaskan Arctic patterns to make the combination quilt shown below.
